Lease To Own Program

In Texas, it is difficult to do or even find a “rent-to-own”.  It takes lawyers and special forms to be created just for the individual house.  I have a legal program that can get you in the home of your choice now with the exclusive right to purchase later.  This includes homes that are not on the market to lease.  My lease-to-own partner will purchase the home and give you the exclusive right to purchase it in up to three years.

• Annual household income of $45,000 + Stable emploment
• No pending bankruptcy
• No disqualifying criminal history
